Rose Florez is a speaker with a passion to encourage women in their faith through the teaching of the Word of God! She was born in Phoenix, Arizona to migrant working parents who traveled all over California from city to city and season to season. Finally settling down in the sixth grade back in Phoenix. Rose is the sixth child in a family of twelve brothers and sisters. She is married to her best friend Stan. They have four grown children, one son-in-law and their first grandbaby.
Rose and Stan began their journey in Phoenix, Arizona which was later followed by Golden Gate Seminary in San Francisco, CA. After pasturing their first church in San Leandro, CA the Lord called them to start a church plant in the Northwest. Leaving everything and everyone behind (family and friends); they followed God’s calling. It was in September of 1991 that Rose and Stan founded and launched New Horizons Community Church (later to be called Club 1 Christian Love United by the Blood One message, One baptism & One Lord). They have been in the pastorate for over 27 years and have developed a partnership ministry.
As a seasoned pastor's wife, she can encourage the hearts of every age group, understanding their unique lifestyle and needs. Rose has continually taught Bible studies, been the main speaker at many Women’s events and Retreats, and Speaks along side her husband every Sunday. She often disciples the women one-on-one and her heartfelt desire is to help women be over comers through God's grace.
Rose’s tapestry of many life experiences provides a broad base for her diverse speaking ability. Just like “Joyce Meyers”; Rose may not of had a formal education but she has twenty-seven years of Holy Spirit Training!
She is a vivacious gem, whose relationship with Christ has an astounding and healing impact on women!
