About Our Name

Many people have asked, “So what does Club1 mean? Why did you choose this name?”

It has to do with our history and purpose. Pastors Stan and Rose were called by God to come to the Great Northwest to start a church that effectively reaches the un-churched for Jesus Christ. They moved to Bonney Lake WA, which has been reported to be located in the most un-churched county and state in the entire country. Through much prayer they came up with the name Club1. It represents their beliefs that all Christians should be united in purpose and reflects the love of Christ to each other and the world. The acronym Club1 - "Christian Love United by the Blood" comes from the scriptural passages we live by as seen below:

Unity

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to one hope when you were called— one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."

Ephesians 4:3-6

“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one - I in them and you in me - so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. `Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world. Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me.'"

John 17:20-25

Love

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

John 13:34-35
